I am an experienced, empathic, solutions-focused collaborator. As well as running my own successful company for the last 7 years (which includes running a small charity part-time), I set up and developed many charities, some to £1m+ turnover. I have personally fundraised £5m for business start-ups and charities. I work with a range of stakeholders across commercial, local, and national government, and voluntary sectors, especially in times of crisis, transformation, or start-up. I have recruited full executive teams, entire boards and individual board members.
